Spirit Stream #16 - Cornelius & the Holy Spirit | Acts 10

Rating: Ages 18+

In this Spirit Stream, Nick Griemsmann delivers a teaching from Acts 10 — the powerful story of Cornelius the Gentile centurion and how the Holy Spirit dramatically fell on him and his entire household.

Discover life-changing truths about:
• God shows no partiality — salvation is for everyone who believes in Jesus
• The simplicity of the gospel: faith in Christ brings forgiveness of sins and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit
• How the Holy Spirit fell with the evidence of speaking in tongues, just like at Pentecost
• Repentance toward life (a mindset shift to Jesus) instead of performance or sin management
• Freedom from condemnation and trying to earn God’s favor through self effort
• Renewing your mind, seeking first the kingdom of God, and letting the Holy Spirit lead

Nick also shares transparent encouragement from his own journey of deliverance from mental health struggles, self-righteousness, and religious performance, plus live prayers for salvation, Holy Spirit baptism, and breakthrough.
